Can a foreigner own 100% of an Indonesian company?
In many sectors yes, through a PT PMA. Your business classification decides it, and we can check yours before you commit to anything.
How long does company registration take?
Typically 4-6 weeks from complete documents to NIB. Timelines are indicative: the processing time belongs to the authority, not to us.
Do I need a company before I can get a KITAS?
A work KITAS needs a sponsor, which is usually your own company. We often run both processes together so they finish in sequence rather than one after the other.
What do I have to file every month?
More than most founders expect. We handle the monthly filings and tell you the number you owe before it is due.
